When ordering, the order amount is reserved in your account and the money is only deducted when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. That the amount is reserved but not deducted, means that the amount has been held off to (ArenaE AS) until the order is sent and that it is no longer available in your account. When the order is sent, the amount is deducted, which means that it is only when the money is transferred to us.

Gift Cards
Gift certificates purchased at have a validity date of 1 year from the date of issue of the gift card. Gift cards with a shorter validity date may appear on special promotions, and it will then be the gift card's validity date that applies. The gift card must be redeemed in full on

Ordered items are sent by mail, and shipping at is NOK 39, -. Free shipping campaigns will occur.

The parcel will be mailed 1-2 business days after we receive your order - as long as we have the goods in stock. The package will arrive at the recipient within 2-5 business days after the payment is registered, depending on the country of residence. Packages sent by mail can be tracked, contact customer service by email if you want the tracking number.

Non-stocked products have the expected delivery time for each product.

Withdraw / Complaints
If you are not satisfied, you have unconditional right of withdrawal within 14 days (according to the Purchase Act).
If you regret the purchase, you pay the return shipping yourself.

If there is a mistake or if the item is wrong, we also replace the return shipping and send new item at no extra cost.

The right of complaint provided by the Consumer Purchase Act gives you the right to complain about defects in an item. The error must be claimed within a reasonable time, two months after the error is discovered, or 2 years after the item is shipped from us. Some items have a 5-year time limit for complaints.

Uncollected deliveries

Missing, failing or damaging
